国际大学创新联盟(lnternational Universities lnnovation Alliance，简称lUlA)是被习近平主席和李克强总理接见和见证的创新创业机构，是由中国深圳华大基因、赛尔教育、大都美育、德展金投、伟东集团、恒信集团、合泰兴悦、郎勤集团、点亮资本、国润资产、恒信东方、新加坡天阶控股、香港沙龙电影、澳门奥邦集团、澳门国际投资协会、法国欧中投资协会等联合欧美一流大学与创新机构共同发起成立的全球创新型组织。

        国际大学创新联盟(lUlA)以“为人类健康、文明、进步；为世界绿色、和平、可持续发展；为全球大学生和创业者搭建创新创业平台”为愿景，通过与世界知名大学、科研机构、国际组织和中国各地政府、园区、大学、企业等合作，以“跨境孵化器+产业研究院+产业基金+主题产业园区”的四位一体的创新共同体模式在全球布局，将科研成果产业化、商业化以推动中国及世界的创新发展。

  International Universities Innovation Alliance is an innovation and entrepreneurship institution, interviewed and witnessed by The President Xi Jinping and The Prime Minister Li Keqiang. As a global innovative organization, IUIA is initiated by China Shenzhen BGI, Cernet Educloud, Dadu aesthetic education, Dezhan Financial Investment, Wei Dong Group, Hengxin Group, Hetai Xingyue Group, Langqin Group, DL Capital, Guorun Capital, Hengxin Shambala, Singapore The Place Investment, HK Salon Films, Macao AB Builders, Macau International Investment Association, Europe-China Investment Association and other units jointly with first-class European and American universities and innovative institutions.

  International Universities Innovation Alliance (IUIA) aims at "for health, civilization andprogress of mankind; for a green, peace, sustainable world; for an innovation and entrepreneurship platform of global university students and entrepreneurs". The organizationhas established partnerships with world renowned universities, scientific research institutions, global organizations, and China's local governments, industrial parks, universities and enterprises. The four-in-one innovation community mode of "cross-border incubator + industrial research institute + industrial fund + theme industrial park" has been distributed globally, and will promote the industrialization and commercialization of scientific research results, accelerating the innovative development of China and the world.
